Work With Me — Systems Atlas
This might be for you if…
You’re working inside a system that’s harder to see than it should be
AI is entering your organization and nobody has a clear picture of where or how
You coordinate across departments, partners, or institutions and the connections are hard to explain
You’re trying to explain your organization’s role in a larger landscape to funders, leadership, or partners
Your team has conversations about complexity that go in circles because no one has a shared map
You sense there are coordination gaps in your ecosystem but can’t articulate them precisely enough to act
You’re a thoughtful person navigating a professional or civic landscape and want help seeing its structure
Three ways to work together
Engagement 1
AI Landscape Orientation Session
1–2 structured sessions · remote or in person · deliverable included
“We leave knowing where AI has already entered our organization, what decisions we actually need to make, and in what order.”
A structured conversation maps where AI is appearing across your departments, roles, and workflows — including places leadership may not be seeing yet
We identify which governance, training, and coordination questions need to be answered first — before policy, before procurement
You receive a written orientation map: entry points, department patterns, risk signals, and a sequenced set of next decisions
Good for
Nonprofits, public agencies, and civic organizations where AI is entering informally and leadership needs a shared picture before strategy gets written
Engagement 2
Coordination Landscape Mapping
2–4 sessions · interview + synthesis format · structured map delivered
“We can finally show people — including ourselves — how our programs, partners, and initiatives actually connect.”
We map the actors, relationships, coordination environments, and gaps that define how your organization operates inside a larger system
Useful for explaining your role to funders, onboarding new staff, supporting strategic planning, or preparing for cross-sector collaboration
Delivered as a structured visual map and written orientation document — a durable reference, not a one-time slide deck
Good for
Organizations at a growth or transition point — new leadership, new funding, new partnerships — who need a clearer picture of where they sit and how they connect
Engagement 3
Structured Orientation Conversation
Single session · 60–90 min · for individuals or small teams
“I have a much clearer sense of the landscape I’m operating in and what my next move should be.”
A focused conversation where we map the system you’re inside — organizational, professional, or civic — and find where you currently sit within it
Useful for people navigating complex environments: a new role, a career transition, a collaboration that’s hard to explain, a project with unclear stakeholders
You leave with a clearer map of the landscape, identified entry points for action, and a written summary of what we found
Good for
Coordinators, directors, researchers, and thoughtful individuals who are operating inside complexity and need a structured conversation to find orientation
How it works
1
Start a conversation
Reach out and describe what you’re navigating. No intake form — just a real message.
2
Identify the fit
We talk briefly about what kind of orientation would actually be useful for your situation.
3
Do the session
A structured conversation with a clear agenda, a specific focus, and a map being built in real time.
4
Leave with something
A written map, an orientation document, or a clear next step — not just notes from a good conversation.
Why I do this work
I’ve spent a long time noticing how systems shape people — how the structure of a workplace affects what’s possible for the people inside it, how a city’s infrastructure shapes the way residents actually live, how coordination gaps in civic systems leave people navigating alone what should be navigable together.
SystemsAtlas is built on the belief that making complex environments visible is itself a form of value. When people can see the system they’re inside, they can act with more clarity — and less wasted effort.
I work at the intersection of systems thinking, structured facilitation, and AI-assisted mapping. I’m not a traditional consultant. I’m someone who helps people see things more clearly.

Systems mappingBuilt SystemsAtlas — a structured atlas of civic, organizational, and AI coordination systems — with hundreds of mapped relationships across ecosystems and design patterns.
🤖
AI-assisted methodologyDeveloped a working methodology for using AI as a thinking and mapping partner — not to replace judgment, but to extend what’s possible to see and document.
🎯
Structured facilitationExperienced leading conversations where there’s a specific thing to figure out — developing agendas, making space for different voices, and keeping the group moving toward clarity.
